RETURNS

----

Our policy applies only to physical products sold through our store and does not apply to digital products, bookings and services.

Our handcrafted products are artisan and created in nano batches. We are a small business raising funds for our Forest Sanctuary. We do not accept returns and it is not financially viable. You can always contact us for any questions or concerns about our products at praveen@thatsustainablecouple.org. We will go above and beyond to resolve the issue appropriately.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact through praveen@thatsustainablecouple.org immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

If the products arrived damaged during transit, write to us at praveen@thatsustainablecouple.org with photographs of the package and products for further evaluation.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request to let you know if the refund is possible or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at praveen@thatsustainablecouple.org.

Look out for the owl!

We gratefully acknowledge that we currently live, play, and work on the unceded traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, known as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. We honor and respect the rich history, cultural heritage, and ongoing contributions of the Indigenous communities who have stewarded this land for generations. We are committed to learning, listening, and standing in solidarity with these Nations as we continue our operations on this sacred land. We also express our gratitude to the Old Growth Trees that once stood strong, supporting the livelihood of humans and animals, before being sacrificed to create space for our present-day operations. We are privileged to inherit the genetic gifts from our elders who protected our culture, revered nature, and harnessed the benefits of biodiversity and forest.
